  • The cut-off time for dispatch from Monday - Friday & Sunday is 5.30pm (for both Yodel and DPD) and 12.00 (midday) on Saturdays. Orders placed after those times will be dispatched the following day.
  • You can chose to upgrade delivery to Next Day or weekend delivery with DPD at point of purchase

  • We send out certificates every day including weekends and public holidays.
  • Once you have uploaded a photo of your test cassette and ID please allow 12 hours to receive your result certificate for travel, though usually results are sent out in less than 2 hours between 8AM and 10PM.
