To all customers currently possessing PCR test kits and flying on 23rd and 24th December 2020: We urge and advise you to continuously track your package if you are using the Royal Mail tracking sticker included in your test kit to confirm that it has arrived at the lab prior to the 23rd of December. We advise you to use a courier service to send your kit back to the lab if you want the assurance that it arrives on time to ensure you have your Fit to Fly certificate prior to your flight. As our service currently relies on Royal Mail, we will NOT be processing samples after the 23rd December 2020. Royal Mail will not be delivering kits after the 24th December 2020 and we will be discontinuing use of this service for our Fit to Fly service after this date. We advise that if you still have kits and intend to use them for a flight after this date that we are recalling these kits and you should return them unopened to our Harley Street clinic for a full refund.
