Important notes:

  1. Take the test and post it BEFORE the last collection time for the Royal Mail Priority Post Box for that day to make sure your test is not delayed in the post till the next day. You can check this on the Royal Mail website here.
  2. Please note down the tracking number on the return sticker provided to you in the kit. We do not have access to this tracking number, so it is your responsibility to note it down and ensure the sample has arrived in the lab. We will be unable to help you if you do not have this tracking number.
  3. We do not issue certificates before we have received your results. If you have not received the certificate yet, it means we have not received your results yet. If this is within 12 hours of your flight departure, call us on 01244268438 to speak to an agent. Our certificates team and the lab work around the clock, so you may receive your certificate after midnight or during the early hours of the morning.
  4. If your flights have been delayed and you need to resubmit your flight data, click the link to the form in your order confirmation email and fill it out again to resubmit your data.
  5. We cannot currently accommodate travellers to destinations requiring a doctor’s signature on the certificate and/or has a cut off time of 36 or 48 hours prior to travel.
